"If you need a will then Caroline is the person you need, you will have one phone number, one email address and you will only ever deal with one person. You won't be phoning an office to be told that the person dealing with your will is out at the moment and we'll take a message. Of course you'll have to leave a voice message at times but that will be because she is with a client but she will return your call promptly. Caroline went above and beyond for a family member who needed at will at extremely short notice, twice making a long journey to the hospital at the wrong time of day in poor weather to ensure that the process was completed. And Caroline's hours? I received emails or a phone call deep into the evening or early in the morning so does she stop? Not until the job is done apparently.
